How long does it take to get the materials?

Typically 12 to 14 weeks, depending on the material and the level of customization. Some of our products are available on faster lead times, so if your schedule is tight, tell us early and we will tell you what is possible before you commit.
Will the material I receive match the sample I approved?

Yes. What you receive is the material you approved. With natural materials such as marble and travertine, small variations are part of their character and will always be present, so rather than work from a small sample we show you the actual slabs reserved for your project through detailed photography and video, and you sign off on them before anything is cut.
Can you match a material, finish or design we have already specified?

Yes. Send us the specification, a reference or an image, and our workshops will reproduce it or propose the closest possible match.
