Several marbles across one apartment
A private apartment in Milan built around a set of marbles. Blue Lapislazuli defines the basins and tops, fluted Striato Olimpico lines the showers, and Grigio Pernice runs across the walls, benches and floors.

Lapislazuli
Blue Lapislazuli was used for the basins and vanity tops. The stone carries white and gold veining across a deep blue ground, cut to keep the pattern continuous over each piece.
Striato Olimpico
Striato Olimpico lines the showers and wall sections in a fluted finish. The vertical ridges run across the panels, catching light along the walls.
Grigio Pernice
Grigio Pernice runs across the walls, benches and floors. The grey marble ties the bathrooms together and sets the background for the blue and fluted stones.
Material Selection
The slabs were selected in the workshop for each material, matching colour and veining. The Lapislazuli was reviewed with particular care given its strong pattern.
Fabrication
Curved and shaped elements were built in the workshop before delivery. The pieces were assembled and checked ahead of installation.
Pre-Laying Inspection
The marble was dry-laid before installation to check the layout, joints and colour. Each material was verified across its surface.
